Terms and Conditions
Plantworks Nursery provides finished plant material to the trade. The current price list supersedes any previous pricing. Prices are FOB our nursery and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any printed price inaccuracies.
Payment : We accept all major credit cards, cash, check and ACH. You may also fill out a credit application to request NET 30 terms. All accounts are COD unless a credit application has been received and approved. A service charge of 1.5% per month is added to all past due accounts. For accounts that are past due 60 days, terms are COD only. All available discounts will be forfeited until the account is current. There will be at $40 charge for returned checks.
Cancellations : Orders can be held for two weeks from the date they are placed. After two weeks, plants will return to open availability and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Gurantee : We guarantee plants to be true to name and in healthy growing condition when shipped. Due to environmental and planting conditions, we cannot guarantee the life and productivity of any plant. We will gladly correct any mistakes made by us.
Claims : All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up. We are not liable for the productivity of the plants once they are planted as we have no control over their care once they arrive on-site. We require pictures to process claims.
